Principal Message

On behalf of the faculty and staff, I would like to welcome you to the Glasgow High School Webpage.

Glasgow High School is filled with many positive traditions and successful programs.  GHS continues to provide outstanding academic and extracurricular opportunities for all students.

GHS has quality educators that provides its students with quality instruction in all core subjects and the Career and Technical Education programs.  We also offer a variety of Advanced Placement and honors classes.  Many students take advantage of dual credit and Montana Digital Academy classes.

GHS offers three sports during each season.  In my opinion, GHS has the best band and music programs in Eastern Montana.  GHS also has clubs that suits every student's interest.  All of our programs build on the tradition of excellence expected of all Glasgow High School graduates.

Every day is a great day to be a SCOTTIE!!!

GLASGOW SCOTTIES

Glasgow High School (Glasgow, Montana) began sponsoring athletics in 1911. GHS truly believes activities are the other half of your child’s education. Sports and competition create work ethic, healthy lifestyles, and the ability to work as a team. Glasgow’s Athletic teams were originally termed the “Huskies” from 1911 till 1928, briefly changed to the “Highlanders” from 1929 to 1942, before finally becoming the Scotties in 1943. The Scotties of Glasgow High School have won 46 Montana State Championships in their storied history. Glasgow High School currently offers twelve sports for students grades 9-12. (Football, Volleyball, Boys and Girls Cross Country, Wrestling, Boys and Girls Basketball, Softball, Boys and Girls Track and Field, and Boys and Girls Golf.) They have been competing at the Class B level (40 teams) in the MHSA (Montana High School Association) since the 1992-93 school year.

We encourage ALL of our students to become involved in extra-curricular activites.  For questions or more detailed information please contact:
